Burtons BD 150 Combi Drum Filter

The latest filter in the burtons drum filter range!

The new BD 150 is perfect for a smaller pond or quarantine system up to 2000 gallons, it has the same style stainless steel drum and gears as the rest of the drums in the drum filter range available from Burtons, the bio chamber has also increased in size to be able to hold 100ltrs of fluidised media or any other biological media that is preferred.

A new feature that many will find useful is the option to be able to control the drum filter via a smart phone (mobile phone not included) by using Bluetooth. To access the control you need to download the Crozet Virtual Display app on the App store for Apple devices or Google Play Store for Android devices, app works on most phones and tablets.

The BD 150 comes with a 60 micron drum screen, with its 150mm long mesh screen this unit has a maximum flowrate of 15,000 lph. The recommended flow rate is 8,000-10,000 lph. Plus controlled weather proof sockets for the pump and UV.

1 x 10-watt UV can be added. (2nd 10-watt Uv can be added if connected to the UV plug socket outlet) All Burtons drums are all designed to have UVs fitted inside the filter.
