COVID-19 / Coronavirus Update
Bio-security is not a new concept for us, but constantly evolving. COVID-19 poses a new challenge for the world, for vulnerable people, business, and those that rely on other services.
We have to be on site, therefore we will remain 'open', but there will have to be changes made. Sanitizing surfaces, card machines, and social distancing are obviously required, but there are other things we need to consider.
Please only visit if you have a specific need, and please call ahead to make sure we have what you need. We are trying to keep our core products in stock but some of our wholesalers and suppliers do rely on Chinese factories, and international goods transport.
When arriving on site, please call either 07931 7376555 or 07931 737655 to make sure the shop is clear of the previous customer. Please be prepared to pay by electronic methods - no cash. We accept card, PayPal, bank transfer, and can still arrange 0% Interest Free payments.
Our online store will operate as normal as possible, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Courier services are and will continue to be disrupted. All our couriers have implemented hygiene/social distancing procedures. APC will not transport live animals for the foreseeable future,
If you would like to minimise all human contact but still need essentials then we will offer a click and collect service - please type 'Click and Collect' in the order notes and we will contact you by phone when your order is ready.
